  DON'T COME HERE
  
  I am beyond disappointed in this place. I had had good service previously and came back when my windshield needed replacing on my Jeep Wrangler last year. They installed the windshield, which was $180 + GST, then they offered a "Customer Value Protection" plan that my next windshield would only be $99. My total bill came to over $280, but I figured, with a Jeep, the added cost was worth it. I recommended the place to a friend who also has a jeep, and she got the same package as mine. This year, she got a call and they told her that the offer was expiring and she should bring in her Jeep to keep the package. When she told me about this, I called them to see when mine expired. They told me it expired two months ago and they wouldn't honor the deal. I never received a phone call alerting me that it would expire, and when I purchased it I wasn't told that I only had one year. So needless to say, I am now out the half the cost I would have paid for a windshield, and now out the windshield too because I won't replace it.
  
  I will be telling every one I know to NEVER EVER come here. Dishonourable business.
