  Terrible customer service at this location.
  
  I pre-paid for 20 classes. I went in to use them the other day and was told that they had expired my passes and I could no longer use them. I asked that a manager contact me as I was a loyal customer who has referred over a dozen friends...no one called. I called in today and spoke with a young gentlemen that was on shift, I asked him if a manager was in he responded no. I asked when they would be in and replied "don't know" I asked if they had a schedule and he very sassily told me he was not in front of a schedule and asked him I would like him to be in front of a schedule and then proceeded to tell me that the manager would be in sometime today...WOW, that is wonderful, I am so glad that I spent hundreds of dollars to be treated like such a valued customer.
  
  Would not recommend.
