Called ahead to put a popular item on hold which I saw in their flyer, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and put it aside for me. When I came in later to pick it up, everything was up front at the till ready to go. Laurie one of the associates was quick to ring me thru on a till that was closed, I even skipped the line and she then insisted on helping me carry everything out to my car! What a sweetheart. Definitely went above and beyond any customer service that could ever be expected. Thank you Laurie! Will certainly be returning to this location in the future even though it is not the closest to me.
