Took the time to go through a bunch of options with myself and my wife for our new build and was always courteous and personable. I look forward to working with him and Durabuilt again.
*They got a 4 star only because their shipping person who contacts you for windows to be shipped out does not return voicemail calls until it's 'too late' to delay your shipment. I get that they wouldn't want to have a short delay but the reality is during construction stuff happens.
Send an email and make sure you CC your salesperson so there is a paper trail. That is the only way I got a timely response.
