- Kimberly Dawn Added 2017-07-20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have not been to best buy in a number of years. For Christmas I had wanted to simply purchase an I-pod for my mom. The first lady who we tried to ask where the I-pods were, said I don't know locked up somewhere I can get someone to help you and then proceeds to walk away not get anyone and continue what ever she was doing on her phone. Then asked a man who was working there also on his phone when I approached him he refereed to the website on his phone saying there were non in the store.......WOULD NOT PHYSICALLY CHECK THE INVENTORY FOR ME. Absolutely terrible customer service.
